Title:  Digital Marketing Executive, Asia Pacific (Singapore)

Target: The position is located at HARTING Singapore. The roles and responsibilities expected for the position include forumulating and executing effective digital marketing activities for Asia Pacific.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Plan and organize Asia Pacific digital brand marketing activities with budget and KPIs

Formulate and execute creative digital marketing strategy for Asia to enhance brand digital performance

Support campaign implementation on digital channels in a cost efficient and effective manner to draw traffic and sales leads

Develop content for digital media and social media activities (web, mobile, EDM, social media and etc) to arose brand awareness

Design and develop new Asia website with Asia team and vendor

Track and analyse digital activities performance including website traffic flow, provide regular internal reports and recommend enhancement

Closely monitor online campaigns, measure and report effectiveness of all digital promotional activities

Optimise, generate and translate consistent, powerful content eg campaign slogan, key visual, animation, H5, video for digital channels

Capable of managing vendor in creating digital assets, copy, and uploading/publishing content

- Develop media recommendations and media plans, manage social media accounts and copy-writing

- Strengthen SEO/SEM/SEA in Asia market

- Explore and analyse feasibility of launching marketing automation

 

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, E-commerce management, Business or any related disciplines

Min 3-4 years of hands on digital marketing experience preferably from startup, digital marketing agencies, or any digital environment

Solid understanding of using social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat and Weibo for marketing campaigns

A strong understanding of website layout and content drafting

Must be able to write in both Chinese and English for multilingual sites

Knowledge of AI and Photoshop, web or app development experience is a plus

Mature, independent, outgoing, proactive with good interpersonal skill. Self-motivated, energetic and an excellent team player

Excellent communication skill, creative, strategic thinking, attention to details and result-oriented

Strong project, analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Experience in Search Engine Optimisation/Marketing/Advertising and account management is preferable

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, Google Adwords and Google Analytics is an advantage

Proficiency in English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
